Student Contributions

This site is created as part of Metro Prep Impact, the school's action-based learning program. Students contribute by:

  • researching established CBT concepts
  • writing educational explanations for a general audience
  • recording narrated explanations of skills
  • learning how to communicate responsibly about mental health topics

Why This Matters

Mental health is often discussed without clear explanations or shared language. By focusing on education and understanding, this project helps students:

talk about stress and anxiety more clearly
recognize common thinking patterns
understand how psychologists describe coping skills
reduce stigma through knowledge

Understanding the mind is a skill in itself.
